I want to give a friendly reminder about the importance of self-care in stressful times. Self-care does not involve compulsively checking poll results well into the wee hours of the morning, binge drinking, stress eating, arguing with strangers….or any of the other self-destructive ways you could spend this evening.
Wednesday morning is coming. How do you want to feel when it does? If well-rested, calm, energized, and physically healthy are your answers, start making choices now that will get you there by morning. And surround yourself with others who have the same priorities.
