Take a Walk


As part of my new morning routine, I’ve started taking walks through some of Hendersonville’s city parks. I love this city. Everyday, I see something that makes me marvel at how amazing and magical and beautiful this world is.


Being overcome with gratitude for ALL THAT IS is a great way to start the day.


Walking in the mornings has also increased my energy and my water intake. Everything just feels activated.


Aside from being good for me, it’s where I get some of my best ideas. I also pause towards the end to meditate on the affirmations I’m working on.


This week, I challenge you to take a walk. Open your eyes along the way. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Look behind you, sometimes things look different when you approach them from the opposite direction.
