Join us every Monday evening as we learn about the nature of anxiety and stress. By connecting with other group members, you will feel understood while also practicing techniques for managing your symptoms and managing your feelings. We will process current stressors and integrate what we’re learning through the use of art materials. Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00pm via Zoom 10/20/21 to 11/10/21 $150 for 4-week group
