Mindful Art-Making

You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t have to know how to draw. You don’t even have to believe you have a creative bone in your body. The healing resides in the process of art-making, rather than the final product. Join us for a relaxing session of mindful art-making. You’ll be led through a series of creative exercises as we incorporate the 7 principles of mindfulness into our drawings and paintings, as we learn to trust our intuition, accept our process, and let go of any desired outcome. Absolutely no art experience is required.
