Mindful Mark-Making: Watercolor Patterns
During this month’s Mindful Mark-Making workshop, we will use watercolor paints and mark-making tools to create abstract, geometric or nature-based patterns on paper.
Mindful Mark-Making: Creative Health for a Regulated Nervous System
Using watercolors and basic drawing materials as tools for relaxation, participants will be guided through a series of creative mark-making exercises and grounding techniques, followed by a longer, meditative mandala painting session.
